Default Recommendations for Snacks

I was wondering if you guys could steer me in the direction of good P+F snacks/meals that I could eat before bedtime. I would prefer snacks that I could buy at the supermaket and would not have to prepare because I live in a college dorm and don't have access to a kitchen. Thanks for your help
