You guy's ever look at Steve Reeves and the guys of his era? We know they didn't F around with curls and kickbacks as near as much as the the Ahnuld generation. Be it the steroids or added isolation which made the huge massive differences in physique? We know steve and those guys used full body training, compound movements mainly, so are their body's appearances more accurate in ways of how we were meant to be proportioned?
If they used exercises more ergonomic to daily life and what not (chin-up vs. curl) maybe that is how our bodies are really supposed to be developed? Maybe all these concentration curls and singling out each tiny muscle in the body isolated is NOT how our bodies are designed to work and thus cause a bubbly looking physique that was brought on by isolated training. Hmmmm.....another point, people mainly performed for strength to accomplish a task,
not "visualizing and feeling the muscle contract"
Interesting...
