Hi again...im all better now for all of you that read that thread over in Off Topic....

I was wondering if you guys thought that doing Big 5 one day, being off the next, and doing a jump rope pyramid the next (5 min, 4 min, 3 min, 2 min, 1 min, 30 sec, 15 sec.) and then startin again the next day is a good idea...i tried it and it wasnt too bad...

I would do this...

Mon:Big 5
Tues:Jump Rope
Wed:Big 5
Thursday:HIIT
Friday:Big 5
Sat:Jump Rope
Sun:Party

If you can jump rope for 5 mins straight your doing it wrong

we do it in gym alot and i outjump everyone....i dont know why, but i have always been able to do that for a long time....but i do do it right....starts in the back comes over the top....goes under....3 jumps per second....

3 jumps per second??? that's 180 jumps a minute! that's 900 jumps in a row

im aware of that kevin..math is still the one thing i am good at....and i was actually couting...an average of 3 per second....yes...180 per minute....`
