Going to the PL Worlds tommorrow...
So I'm competing in the world championships of powerlifting and I'm getting pretty nervous... so wish me luck!
My elbow also bugs me a bit, especially when wearing my bench shirt, which might f*ck up the entire meet for me, so I'm more nervous than normal

Good luck!

it's stuff you put on your joints to make them feel better. the very mild stuff is like flexall. Then you can get better, hotter stuff like blue heat. They use it for horses for their joints. Lots of PLers use it, i'm suprised you haven't heard of it.

you can also buy other stuff that's hotter than that... but you don't really need it.

yeah I've got something like that, doesn't really help that much. It just eases the pain.
