Well, for an end of the year project for my Vincentian program, we are using our laptops to create a huge project on one of our talents. i forget the formal wording, but i decided to put together a website that contained information on strength training and conditioning for the high school aged athlete, Anyways, in biology, we're starting human anatomy and psysiology, so my cousin who just finished her masters passed along some human anatomy and psyiology books and stuff like that.
Now, to the actual question: what strength training/conditioning/general fitness books do you guys recommend to read?
