Default Greatest Accidental Halloween Costume Ever...
Benched 420 at 8PM (18 pound PR) and just missed 430. In the process, I ruptured a bunch of blood vessels in my face (forehead, eyelids, nose) - looks like I have freckles. Come home, blow my nose, and blood goes everywhere.

Man, I need to find a new hobby.

eewww, and congrats!

I used to bust little blood vessels in my eyes after...well...praying to the porcelin gods after a night on the town.

Anything you could've done to prevent it? I'm guessing it's from the strain and probably involuntary, but curious anyway.

I suppose it's better that the blood vessels are rupturing on the outside rather than the inside. Can you say stroke?
