Red face

There was a tease on TV last night for a Prime Time Live episode that airs Thursday night. The episode is titled "Germs In The Gym". Wonder if there will be a segment on JP's showers.

BKred, the only time I really need to go after those showers with several coats of bleach is after you use them. Haven't you read that sign in the locker room... "NO self pleasuring in the showers"? Ewwwwwwwwww!

No, but it would be funny if I did. That ranks up there with one of those things I just don't want or need to know. Now I'm going to head out and by some shower flip-flops!

JP's been paying way too much attention to me in the shower.

Seriously. I saw the show on Thursday night. Bottom line was when you have a lot of hot, sweaty people using the same equipment, touching the same stuff in the same places, you're gonna have germs. Nothing much can be done about it.

The show said don't wipe the equipment then wipe your face. Don't stick your fingers in your eyes, up your nose, etc. (the etc.'s for JP), after being on the gym equipment. Both those suggestions kind of fell in the category of DUH.

The also said carpet was not a good idea for a gym because it was a sponge for germs and bacteria.

JP keeps his shower pretty clean. The old shower curtain was getting a bit funky though. I noticed this morning there was new one in place.
