Hey, to anyone that has done/is doing the GWE, what kind of diet plan did you use? Did you mostly bulk or cut or both? I started the workout today. Thanks.

I've only been on the GWE for a week, but, I've been keeping(or trying to keep) my calories around 2200-2500. That was what I figured out for me when I was on the TAP. Good luck, its a great workout.

I did it as a bulk program and my number exploded. You need to eat during this program to see the gains. I had a Deadlift of 330 going into it and just pulled 400 for 2 reps last week. It was the only program I used during that time.

i eat around 3000 healthy calories a day as i use it as a bulking program like newlife.
