Just a quick note of introduction. I was at the MH board about a year or so ago and was doing well. Had lost about 20 lbs and was feeling better than I had in a long time. Primarily due to the knowledge and support from the people there. To make a long story short I stopped all I was doing and went back to being less than diligent about working out and eating right. You can quess the rest. Since then moved to a new state and have decided to get back on track. Went to the MH board and while helpful I missed some of the people that posted there regularly. I won't name them but you know who you are. Anyway while reading posts I heard about this forum and have been going through posts since about 4:AM. I see that quite a few of the people that I learned from are here and still contributing there time and expertise. It is the tone and positive attitude that they set that I know will get me back on track. So with my sincere apologies in advance,to anyone I may offend, for my sometimes warped sense of humor I am glad I found you folks and hope that I might contribute something even as I take more from all of you than I will ever be able to repay.

Welcome to this forum. Glad to have you here. Many of the former MH users are here, as you noted.

Good luck; looking forward to reading some of your future post.

I'm right there with ya UR...trying to get back into the swing of things. My arm is pretty much healed...still very difficult getting as good a workout at home alone as it was at the Y.
