Anyone have any experience with constructing a group based workout? I am one of the handful of people in my unit that's been tasked with putting together a PT program. We're limited in what's available as we'll be working with 20-40 people at a time so it will likely be some kind of formation based setup. We need to develop a 45 minute or so workout.
Does anyone have experience with constructing something like this? Or perhaps any sites out there that might be a good baseline to work off of?
