Can you guys please suggest something to help improve my endurance?
I'm not looking to burn fat since I barely have any fat on me(OR muscule for that matter but hey, details... ).. Haven't done any cardio in quite a while now and I'm really out of shape when it comes to running and well, doing stuff for more than 60 seconds ;(

Start running- 1st week like- 1 mile 3x per week. 2nd-week 1.5 miles 3x per week. 3rd week- 2.0 miles 4x per week. Just keep moving up like that. When u run and start to get winded/cramped up just stop untill its gone. Push yourself!!
By the third week u should be able to run about 1.5 miles without stopping.
I'm not an expert but it worked for me so good luck. -Jim

A couple good sites for beginner running plans are runnersworld.com and jeffgalloway.com. They'll be similar to what Jim suggested.

run 1 minute. walk 1 minute. repeat. run more, walk less until you can run continually.
