Inside Out/Magnificent Mobility ?
Does Inside Out address from lower back to upper extremity, and Magnificent Mobility cover lower back to lower extremity?

Basically yes. I/O is an upper body warm-up, but they do tie in the hip to a small degree. MM is mostly hip mobility, but offers a couple of upper body movements as well.

To anyone who has ordered:
Does the Monster Mobility Package includes the inside out print manual containing the 4 bonuses? or is the price just for the DVDs alone?
and.... Is there a Magnificient Mobility manual available for separate purchases?

I'm not sure exactly which I/O manual comes in the Monster Mobility Package. Hopefully Mike or someone who's purchased it can answer that one.
But I do know about the MM manual. There is not currently a manual available, but there have been many requests for one. Mike and Eric have decided to create an e-manual from a transcript of the MM DVD. I finished proofing it for Mike this weekend, so it will be completed very, very soon! I think it will be very helpful to those who want some way to take the exercise descriptions with them to the gym! As far as I know, it will only be offered as an e-book, not in print format.

Once again, Lisa hit the nail on the head!
The Monster Mobility pack includes the M2 DVD, the I/O DVD and the I/O print manual. The M2 e-manual will ONLY be available as an add-on; e.g. you won't be able to buy just the M2 manual. I'm putting the finishing touches on it, and then I need to do all the necessary shopping cart stuff to get it ready. Once it is, though, we'll send out an e-mail to all those who have purchased M2 with a direct link.
Hope all that makes sense - thanks for your purchase and I think you'll like the manual. Lisa did a great job (as usual) of cleaning it up for me
Stay strong
MR

I got the Monster Mobility pack. These ahve completely cahnged how I warm up prior to lifting. One thing I've noticed is far less pain in my shoulder after workouts, someonetime none. (I've had shoudler trouble for more than a year now. My ART guy says I have an inpingement and bicep tendonitis. I'm going to an Ortho next week to find out for sure.)

Mike is that the same offer JB is offering to his PN crowd? I'm also apart of that group.
I'm trying to get the package before you guys pull the plug on the deal.
I think injury prevention should move up in my priority list. Your dynamic material on t-nation has really helped me so far.

Thanks Eric, i was just about to order it on t-nation until i seen the international shipping fee. I still might go for it because i want to try spike.
I'm alittle annoyed thou that JB advertised it like he was the only one that gotten the monster deal thou. He has great work but he can go alittle thick on the sales pitch at times. T-nation has the exact same deal.
Anyway, just alittle rant.

That deal was exclusive to JB; he thought it up and has been such a help to us over the years that we wanted to give him the "lead" (and we thought it was a great idea). There really wasn't much intention to carry it on beyond that until someone else asked about it as JB's deadline passed. It had worked well, so we decided to open it up to everyone.

Eric speaks truth... When I first heard about the Mobility Pack I emailed Mike Robertson to get in on it, and he told me that I had to wait until a specific date because JB had an exclusive deal on it until then, but at that point it would become open to all affiliates. But now that it's open, go forth and purchase!
I have both and must say that it has changed the way I train my clients.

Hey Eric,
Can I pick this up somewhere in the Waltham area? I'm heading up there next weekend and am thinking about picking it up. I'd save on shipping that way.

Sure - no problem. Drop me an email at ec@ericcressey.com and I'll arrange for you to pick the stuff up at Excel.

O ok guys, i have ordered it. I really think it will be one of the best excercise related products i have.
I train hard but i get injured too often.
Since doing some mobility work and more stretching, especailly on my hip flexors i have found a marked difference in how i feel from day to day. Not just in the gym.
Jumping to conclusions gets folks in trouble huh?
