I'm looking for a 2 or 4 day split, with a higher volume. And pendulum for body building looks good. Have any of you guys tried it? Any other suggestions on routines with a high volume?? thx

pendulum has gotten good reviews by anyone i've ever heard of who's tried it. It does require a pretty good knowledge of your own body, from what i've heard though. Do you think you're ready? if so, go for it.

I'm not sure about the volume on ripped, rugged and dense, but that might be something to look at as well.

well I did pendulum for 15 weeks (3 cycle's) and i was happy afterwards.. but now I can compare with max-ot and I notice better results with the latter one

so dno, it will work better for some people but i prefer max-ot now.. my strength gains are simply amazing

I think I'm going to do pendulum first. I need a routine just for a couple of weeks, untill my room has been expanded( which means more room for lifting, I can buy a power rack then ). When I have more room and more equipment, I'll probably do max-OT, it looks good

shark: I just don't like your routine I really like the explosive stuff but I don't like the rest I like working out and 3 days a week just isn't fun sorry man It's not working for me.

That first week is sadistic.

no hard feelings... I actually stopped my own routine, as I found it too inflexible and too taxing... lol!
