I read on MH(about 2 years ago) that Arnold said that you have to flex your muscles a lot to make then look better. is this true?? I just remembered that, don't know why

Try it out and tell us your results.. It's something like 25seconds per day per muscle..

Alot of the guys I lift with who compete sometimes almost always follow a workout with a pose session of that muscle. And they say it helps the pump. Not sure, I never really look in the mirror much, but they say it helps.

I have heard the same thing to be true. It would make sense too. Think about any motor skill you have....the more you do it and use the muscles, the more second nature it is to your body to repeat the movement.

Maybe it's more of a mental motivation. For instance you take some time to see your results and it encourages you to do better in the future.
