Default Lazy...

All week, I had big plans for Saturday. Get up and go for a ride. Hit the beach. Maybe some casual gym time.

So far, nothing but breakfast and 4 cups o' joe.

No NO. Stay there. NO worries. I am sure the screen name "fatty" is still available.

So what's wrong with lazy? Lazy inspired someone to invent the washing machine. Lazy inspired someone to invent the automobile. Relatively lazy inspired the invention of the chain saw. A lot can be said for lazy. Embrace your laziness.

I feel like you do LD.

Maybe a run tonight, or some time on the trainer.....

Try taking a walk. Just a walk.

I've read advice that said when you really don't want to go to the gym, just do some warm-up sets, that's all. Pretty soon you're outlook changes.

I personally prefer the term 'efficient'.

What a bunch of Lazy asses. I am nursing a head cold and could easily have blown off the whole day. I got up and did a light workout and a 1 mile jog. Then I had breakfast and surfed the net. Then I went out and did 3 hours of gardening.

You guys are sorry asses indeed. LOL

I went to the beach. Rode my bike up and down the coast for a couple of hours. Got lost, somehow... It's the coast and I was riding up and back. How could this happen? Whatever. Eventually, I found my car.

Drove to the gym and did some complexes. Practiced that stuff that Dan John had us do with the empty bar (it was lame, so I won't call it a snatch).

Way to go LD! I'm impressed that you got up and got going. Didn't it feel good once you started and aren't you glad you did it?
