It's been a year since the last time I did my rotator cuff in. I've been doing a much more balanced routine since including a lot of th"cracking the rotator cuff" exercises. I haven't experienced any pain and seem able to move the arm through a full range of motion at the moment.

Bill told me last time that I might have to settle for Db pressing and that I might not ever be able to use a BB again. How do I determine if this is the case? If I do go back to BB presses, how should I go about it?

Darren

Ps. I've noticed if I just relax and stand shoulder width apart my right foot points more off centre than my left. I need to concentrate to set my stance for lifting. Should I be addressing this? How?

How important is ankle mobility in improving vertical leap and what effect does it have?

Would it be possible to provide a typical progression for getting to a comfortable front squat (or any squat for that matter). Are there specific exercises that should be mastered first? My upper body is comfortable including the wrists, but I can't get much lower than parallel.

Thanks in advance,
Jeff

How is your worktime split up between individual training / business administrative stuff / study / seminars and other events?

If you could stop people in the gym from doing one thing, what would it be? What one thing would you have them start?

Can Bill tell us about how the golf-game impact from one of his client's training program?

Does Bill know that he is just like Morpheus in The Matrix, and usually answers questions with another question?

Can Mike review the mobility work recommendations based on age and lifestyle (static work environment, lots of drive time, etc...)?

I realize these are a lot of questions so you don't have to include them all. Maybe just three or four of them.

I've heard different theories about when to do mobility/prehab work, particularly for the rotator cuff. Some say do it before you train when the muscles are fresh and to loosen up the area, others say do it afterward so you don't tire out those small stabilizers before moving heavy weight. Is there a preferred timing of prehab work?

First Name: George

Question:
What changes can the average office worker make to his working environment to improve his posture, and reduce negative impact to mobility?
Ex: sit on a stability ball instead of a chair, put a lower back support on the chair, ergonomic keyboard.

Thank you.

George,

Great question, but I want to throw out a plug for their Inside-Out manual right here because one of the bonus sections (in the manual, not on the DVD) answers this specific question with a whole bunch of movements to use at work. I loved this bonus section!

Hey Mike......I JUST came back from the field down the block from my apartment where I did sprints. Knee feels good. But I am sure you still want to drop kick me.

Also, I just want to say that I had the chance to watch the Inside Out dvd. AWESOME AWESOME stuff fellas.

That being said, quick question. I approach "core" training (and I say that with a grain of salt) with the mentality that ones need to be able to PREVENT rotation, before he/she trains rotation. In your opinion, when (and how) do you feel is the best way to "tell" if someone is ready to train rotation?
