Hello all!
Happy New Year everyone. I have been reading up about Max OT and it sounds pretty cool. It says to do cardio either before or after working out (many hours apart), or ideally on non-workout days. In the warmer months, I would go for jogs outside, but I am from Ontario and in winter, it's too icy and snowy to run (also by the time I get home, it's too dark), so I was thinking of maybe buying an exercise bike. Does anyone have any suggestions about the proper type of cardio to do with this program? Is a bike a good idea? Also, should you do intervals, or just go hard for the whole time slot that you are doing the cardio?
