Hey so I've always had a weird peak on my right bicep, lately I would say it is more pronounced. I tried to get a shot of it with my web cam, so for what it's worth here is that shot. Anyone else have something similar, ideas what is casuing it and anyways to maybe fix it through training?
Thanks guys,
Og.

I'm guessing that the shape of your bicep has nothing to do with traning, but instead is based on the physical structure of your right bicep. Kind of like everyone's abs don't look the same.

I'm cool with genetics being the cause, just wanted to get some opinions since as I lose BF it becomes more pronounced.
When I was 300+lbs you couldn't see a bicep, just mounds of flap!

Og, you never damaged or tore that bicep, did you? When you tear a muscle, it will sometimes reattach itself and produce something similar to the shape of your bicep...if not, then it's just genetics and nothing to worry about. You could seek out a physiologist or anatomist and ask their thoughts if you want a first-hand opinion.

Yeah it's probably just genetics, a friend of mine has a right bicep that looks like an apple that's had 1/3 of it chopped off, looks freaky!
Are both your biceps at the same strength currently? Maybe the other one will look like this too once they even out..
