Hi, I used to post over at the menshealth site a long time ago before it began to overwhelmingly suck. I wanted some feedback that may help me on a project for my class.

IF you use a workout log, is there anthing specific you like about the one you have? OR is there anything additional you would like to see in one?

thanks

I use a log to track my progess and to see what works and what doesn't work. Mine is not real detailed, I just list the lifts I do that day, sets/reps and any specific notes on how I felt or what I want to change to improve my workout.

I use a very detailed log. It includes the following:

The name of the routine, stage or phase, day number.
The day, date, time, my body weight that day.
The name of the exercies, the page number where a demo can be found if from a book, and my current best lift in that exercise.
Then the sets, reps, tempo and rest periods for that exercise.
Finally, notes on the exercise or routine.
