With those numbers, I think you should just focus on getting stronger overall rather than maintaining your upper body.

Maybe "great guns" to take that strength in my upper body and use it to add muscle (I plan on bulking while doing this.)

Great guns is a specialization program for your arms. That means that if you were to do this routine, you would have to maintain the rest of your upper body AND your legs.

Also would it be ok to do "limping" in the morning(around 8 or 9 ) and then go back to the gym and do upper body around 4 or 5?
|
No, those sessions are very hard and have too much volume so you will not be able to recover to give 100% in both workouts on the same day.

Finally, is ther a way I can work jumping drills for basketball into this schedule?

The later phases of limping incoporate some jumping drills. Throughout the program he gives you options between movements if your emphasis is on mass or explosiveness. While some of these exercises are in the middle of the workout, I would do all jumping drills at the beginning if theyre a high priority for you. If youre going to be in season or playing a lot of b-ball then you probably shouldnt even be doing this routine and should focus more on your sport, its better for the off season when you have time to hit the weights.
