Default phase IV question

Hi guys,

I'm about to begin Phase IV and I have a dumb question. I just can't seem to understand whether we're supposed to do workouts A, B and C for the upper body on Mondays and Fridays and then workouts A, B, and C for the lower body on Tuesdays and Thursdays, OR whether we should do workout A on a week, B on the next week, and so on. It's just that doing all 3 on the same days seems to go against what they talk about in the book, plus they say that each training session's short, but how can it be short when we're doing so many sets and exercises?

Thanks a lot!

Do A, B and C each workout. They are short becuase each exercise consists of only 2 sets for most exercise, and 3 sets of 5 reps for the others. So the workout is shortened, and the total amout of work is really less then what it looks like. The description paragraph above the workout says to do A,B and C each workout.

The workout is also shortened because all exercises are done in supersets.

i figured it out. you don't do all of a b and c every workout. Let's say on monday you're doing your first upper body workout for the week. you would do the first a1 and a2 then the first b1 and b2 and then the first c1 and c2. You would then do the second a1 and a2 and second b1 and b2 etc. on your next upper body workout day.
