I'm starting my 4th week of Backward Training and am thinking i should change up the exercises.

Any sugggestions? I know several people on the forum were also following the program.

I've been really surprised and pleased at my results. To soon to see the change, but I've made great gains in the amount of weight I'm moving.

Doesn't Chad say in that article to retest your 6RM and start all over for three more weeks? Seems worthwhile.

Otherwise, search at Tmag for "The Waterbury Method". Based on 10x3 but mixes stuff up a bit more, with different exercises.

He does.

But i also remember him advising against continuing the same lift for more than 4 weeks. For some lifts seem easy enough to tweak (ie, flat, incline, decline bench presses), others like squats and deads I'm not sure about.

Also curious as to how creative others have gotten with this workout.
