Damn. That's a pretty accurate description.

Aww crap. I misread your birthdate as 1970 instead of 1960. Freakin' old people with healthy joints..... LOL.

It sounds like a fantastic time, and I hope I will finally be able to make it (between work, school, & finances) let's hope I can get my sorry arse down to Little Rock. It sounds like you have a great [possible] line up there. I would sure love to hear all those guys speak!

Can we sign up and have Zig run us through his new fangled contraption? That was the nice thing about Bill's presentation is that besides general knowledge we also walked away with some assessments and personal help. That appeals to a general enthusiast like myself who doesn't have a lot of personal interaction with qualified trainers.

Fitness is dominated by the young? In which case, I change my recommendations: I want Ian King, Jack Lalane, and anyone older than me to the next speakers! I want sessions on keeping your flexibility, icing down your aching knees, and a session titled 'Ben-Gay - the miracle rub'.
LMAO! Sheesh, how did I end up as the second-mentioned old guy? I'm years younger than Mahler! I must look old for my age, then. And Rob (K-court) is as old as me, or nearly so. Mention him, why don't you? LOL

My attendance is highly unlikely this year. I'm expecting to be putting many thousands into a TKD master's exam and a then a Fall training trip to Korea. I may have to apply for a job at Home Depot so that I can earn that much extra, unless anyone else has any bright ideas?

(Online self defense training anyone? LOL)

can i just hang out and not go to the seminars? i'd love to come and meet you guys, but (no offense meant to anyone) the seminars really don't really do a whole lot for me when i barely go to the gym.

Sure, jj! If my family and work schedules keep this pace, "barely go to the gym" will apply to me too.

Last year, we did fun stuff on Sunday. Took a hike, mountain bike riding, etc. At night, we go out and eat, ironically, bad food. All except Kevin and Bill. They were good.
