Thanks guys.

405 with a regular bar before this. I have hit 450 with a trap bar but thats a whole different lift. 465 broke the ground but didn't move after that today.

You're knocking on the door of a 465lbs deadlift with 168lbs of lean body mass D (you still 190lbs 12% bf right). Very nice work, before we all know it D will be owning 500lbs, more than 2.5 x his own damn body weight. Whew! Strong s.o.b.
