Default Looking for a 5x week routine

I am looking to do a 5x week body part routine. Does anyone have a link to one or a log? I want something kinda like Mon chest/back, tues legs, wed shld/arms, thurs chest/back, fri legs.

The HSS-100 Program, by Christian Thibaudeau

Here's CT's first one. Five days.

If you look at all the other HSS-100 programs to follow, you can use them to modify the original one to specialize in a particular area of weakness.

HSS-100: Chest Specialization

HSS-100: Shoulder Specialization

HSS-100: Back Specialization

TG-I think I am going to do this one because it is 30 minutes, which is similar to BM. I have made the logs already.

LD-I looked at that when it came out and made the log. I think that will be next and I know someone who just started it. So I will see what they think. Thanks
