Hi everybody, I would like to ask if what is more feasible kind of periodization to be recommended to someone who is busy but still active and wants a to improve his body and weekend sport?
Is it also true that US basketball teams follow a linear periodization? Or are team coaches now follow non-linear kind of periodization?

Linear progression is fine.. but you can only follow it for so long then you wont get the numbers that you want.
As it is with everything.

I would recommend undulating periodization for a busy person. Take a look at Alwyn Cosgrove's Holiday Program and see if it would be a good fit for you.
