Default A different kind of bridge?

This guy on worldfitness.com is convinced this is a full bridge:

I've told him that's not a bridge at all but a hyperextension of the spine.

He's adamant about it, calling it a full bridge.

Okay, do what you consider a bridge, post it, so we understand the difference :-)

He's getting pretty darn close to cranial-rectal fusion there. I do it all the time, but only figuratively.

Yoga bridges

Is this the bridge you're thinking of?

They can. All the girls can do it here, not sure about the guys. I think it was on the compulsory PE list at school. We had a list of minimum skills we had to perform to pass. The yoga bridge was one. Nasty.

wrestlers/judokas/jiujitsu players use it to train neck strength and escape techniques by not using the hands but the head for support.

Cynic was kind enough to leave out the part about this person also being a 'Raw food only' Vegan fanatic.

Oh yes, and the reason you get fat is from drinking milk.

theres different interpretations to different stuff. because you think a squat is a squat barely below parallel doesnt mean its a squat. Because Alwyn defined a bridge as what you think it is doesn't mean everyone defines it as such.

Eric: you need to show me how to do that one next time. It'll help my squat, right?

(I see Eric and Tony doing these ALL the time. They love that shit! I came in for squat day once and I thought I walked in on them playing Twister... it wasn't Twister... um... aaanyway!)
