I do not have a cable machine. My wife has a door gym with bands but it does not hardly give any resistants. Do you think this would work? I searched and saw the post with the alternate db exercises. Would I be better of doing those? I also work out alone and do not have a leg extension attachment just an adjustable bench with some db's and a couple of bb's. Any alternate exercises for backward leg extension with knees together? Thanks for any replies.
