I read this article already, I don't know where. Very unsatisfying.
My warmup/mobility/prehab is severely lacking. Does anyone know of a good source for a program centered around this? Does Magnificent Mobility cover all of it?

Well, I can only serve one at a time.
But I plug NROL all the time. My signature on worldfitness.com says it's the one to have.
Jp should be able to back me up on this.
So, I am doing my best to add to his bank account.
And I did give AC a big fat thank you (I hope he saw it, because I mean it).

Nobody champions NROL more than I do. I just don't read a lot of the articles out there. So much to read. So little time.
