Default Precision Nutrition and Sports Training

To the Precision Nutrition (PN) customers here:

Reading the description of the product at the PN website (precisionnutrition.com, one thing is not clear: I understand that it presents nutritional information for improved body composition (it says that it "covers the entire spectrum of goals, from female fat loss to male muscle gain"), but does it cover the individualization strategies for people interested in sports performance enhancement out-of-the-box? Will an endurance/strength athlete learn how to cover his nutritional needs from the PN package alone? Or would it be necessary to consult the accompanying PN forum to learn about this? The PN product description website seems to be focused on body-composition nutrition; there's little mention of nutrition for sports performance.

Any input would be appreciated.

I don't know that the PN forum would be necessary, but you'll have access to the PN team, over there. Plus, all the people there, have read PN (hopefully).

There are a couple of sports guys/gals here that use PN.

By the way, there is a Sports Performance forum over at PN, so there are definately others using it like you will.
