The Sturdy Shoulder Seminar: Boston, Massachusetts
Hey Gang,
Just a quick note to let you know that we'll be putting on our first seminar at Excel this October 28th. Basically, I'll be going into a ton of detail about everything you need to know about the shoulder. Sully, Brad, and Carl Valle will be kicking around, and rumor has it that the Good Doctor Tom Deebel might be making appearance (read: free ART with an awesome therapist). Jim Smith from Diesel Crew is coming up, as are a number of collegiate S&C coaches and good ol' Jimmy Smith from the forum. Should be an awesome networking event even if you don't want to listen to me! The early-bird registration fee is just $79, and only $59 for those with a valid student ID. We want this to double as somewhat of an open house for the facility.
For more info, drop me a line at ec@ericcressey.com and we'll get you a brochure.
Hey I got a mention!!!! I look forward to it, should be a good time.

Seriously, if you are in the Boston area, you need to attend this seminar. Eric has forgotten more about shoulders than most of us could ever hope to know, so it would be money well spent to make sure that yours stay healthy for a lifetime!
Why couldn't someone do a knee seminar for me about 2 years ago?
Eric,
How far is your place from Boston? I am probably coming up, but may want to plan a long weekend and hit the city
10-30 minutes, depending on traffic. People don't realize that Boston itself is very small - less than one million people. It's more like a city of suburbs...Newton, Watertown, Brighton, Cambridge, Allston, Roxbury, etc. Northeastern University actually pays the city a yearly fee just so that it can have a Boston ZIP code.
Basically, you go about a mile South on 95, then go about 5-10 minutes East on the Mass Pike - and you're driving past Fenway and staring up at the Prudential Center. Lots of good stuff all over the place - and hot girls in Sox hats.

are they hot in general? or hot b/c they're wearing sox hats? or both?
