No, I haven't hit 405 yet.

Mahler. Put 4 plates on each side and pull that mother! Dont do those rediculous 'warm-ups' that would leave any real human dead haha.

You're always appreciated Mahler -the prominence of the posts on the page today, shouldn't make you feel less so when they drop down tm.

Do whatever you need to do to get psyched up and just pull it. At 385 you're only 20lbs away!
