Why am I part of this forum? For the same reason most all of you are – for social support. I may spend more time posting links than asking questions, but I receive more help from this forum than it might at first appear. Knowing WHAT to do and actually DOING it are two distinctly different things. Hanging around the forum makes me want to actually DO what I know to do. My nutrition is better than it has been in a more than a year. My lifting is staying steady. (I always lift; that’s not the hard part for me!) I feel more motivated to stay true to my goals.
Thank you for the friendships and camaraderie, the fun and the support. I’ve said it before – I love this place.
You rock, Lisa! Quite a combo to have someone here who knows her stuff, cites real data, has practical sense, and is as prolific as Ninja.
The picture is of my friend Basil because he's the coolest guy I know. One time he talked to a girl for three minutes straight and didn't snot himself or anything. Swear it; I was there. He's a mack daddy.

I saw this last night, but needed to get some sleep before morning showed up. I saw it and thought, 1000 already? It seems like just yesterday!
You have been an excellent contributor to the forum. It is awesome when we get new members that are productive and stay around and become part of our little community!
Congratulations on the 1000!
