What muscle groups will you be targeting Saturday and Sunday would be my biggest concern. I mean I know you're smart enough not to kill yourself, but you don't want to overtrain.
You'll definately have to listen to your body on this one. As the program progresses it get significantly tougher 10x5 is a lot different than 10x3. I had a friend/client doing this program and I inserted Chad's hypertrophy booster shots for his arms on two of the off days and it worked out pretty well.

Don't forget to listen to the latest episode of Max-Out Radio featuring Zach Even-Esh.
I liked his Waterbury Method the best of all his workouts that I've done, but ABBH is good too. Either one would be a good choice. I like the idea of you staying on a hypertrophy program too.
Like Mike (I remembered MIKE, lol) said, just listen to your body as you move through the program.
yeah man ABBH worked great for me, and as long as you aren't working out 3 days in a row you'll be good. just remember that rule, and you can use any schedule that you'll stick to.
good luck man!
and I've gotta ask what you your thoughts are on the Beta-7. . . yes/no/maybe. I'm waiting until the price drops a bit, but it seems promising.
Yep, Alwyn was spot on about the every 8 hour thing hahaha

This might seem unrelated to your question, but have you ever thought about trying to organize a weightlifting or olympic lifting club at your school?
Colleges can be pretty generous about funding clubs and sports organizations. Of the many things I regret not taking advantage of in college, one of them is not using the free money colleges throw at you to pursue your interests. I bet setting up a club wouldn't be too hard, and you could get olympic weights and a platform for your school (if that's the way you want to go and you don't have them already), as well as the services of a really good coach, who you as the president of the club would get to choose. With all the great people in the industry you've talked to, I bet you could find a good CSCS in New Hampshire, and I bet a lot of coaches would love to have an opportunity to be paid by a university to work with a college team or club. It could be good for their resume, and it would help you out! It's win-win!
Then, instead of doing cookie-cutter programs, you could work with a coach who can see where your weak points are and you could really make some progress. Nothing against the cookie-cutter programs, but the even the best cookie-cutter program can't touch a well-written program tailored specifically to meet your needs. Believe me, I've done a lot of cookie-cutter programs and although I did well at first, I also got injured and messed-up and I hit a plateau. Once I started working with a strength coach though, I learned what proper form actually felt like, and I was introduced to exercises I had never seen or heard of before. I feel a lot better and stronger and all my lifts are going up, plus I can ask whatever stupid questions I want.
I don't mean for this to sound like an ad for strength coaches, but seriously - if you can find a way to work with a good coach, do it. This board has all kinds of great strength coaches! If they aren't in your area, then I'm sure they could recommend someone who is. Sure, it can be expensive, especially if you're at college and you don't have any money, but most colleges are basically dying to give you money to create clubs and you can hire whomever you like! Even for those not in school, I bet if a lot of people took the money they spent on useless supplements, they could pay for a couple of sessions with a coach who will help them out about a thousand times more than any supplement ever could.
Alwyn said you should do NROL hypertrophy. What more do you need to hear?
btw you've made some nice gains since the JP Summit. Keep up the good work Kevin.

I was actually thinking about doing NROL Hypertrophy I but don't have all the equipment. Luckly, Ill soon be working at a gym that does so I'll be able to do it!
you could do ABBH I/II, Waterbury Method, Art of Waterbury, and then QD. That'd be a good progression in my opinion.
Also why such a short bulk period, have you already met your goals? Not bashing, just curious because I'm planning on bulking all fall/winter.
-Matt
i know how the progression is for CW's workouts. I am only bulking for 1 more month. Then I am going to jump on NROL FL or CW Get Lean Without Dieting, I had some amazing results with that.
I dont want to come across as a nay-saying or anything.. but I cant be the only one thinking....
2 months.. around 3000cals a day... a bulk? Sorry but im willing to bet that once you do some fat loss youll be lucky to be 1-2lbs up in the end. I hope you prove me wrong, I really do, but im just a little doubtful as its taken me 4000-5000cals a day, for more then 6 months to even start to feel that ive gained any size.
