anybody knows a good excercize for a back deltoid muscle part? I know bent over flyes one but that does not work for me.

I think your best option will be basic row variations: barbell rows, cable rows, etc. Pull the bar high--to your upper chest instead of your stomach. -Jake

If reverse flys don't work, try the rear deltoid/shoulder machine. (A fly machine with handles that reverse around to allow for a rear shoulder movement). It'll ensure that you concentrate on the rear shoulder, although you'll loose the stabaliser muscle work that the free weights would cause.
but ditto to Jake, try as many row variations as you can till you find one that works for you.

Dude,

Unless you're a bodybuilder, which I'm guessing you're not (b/c you wouldn't be asking the question), please don't bother trying to hit each of the three heads of your delts.

Do bent-over barbell rows, and all forms of pull-ups (wide-grip, narrow, neutral grip, underhand (chins)) - you will get a big back, and they will hit your rear delts PLENTY!!

Incline reverse flys are good for the rear delts. Set a bench to about a 45 degree incline and lay facing towards it. Grad two light DBs and do a reverse fly motion, really sqeezing your rear delts at the top of the movement.

I am not a body builder and I do a lot of compound movements like pull ups, bent over rows, all of the kind. Still have a feeling that posterior delts are underdeveloped. But thanks for all the good advice!

AE- I agree with you. I also do mostly compound movements for my routines, but IMO it is important to isolate the rear delts. They are often over looked and if you dont work them it could lean to stregth imbalances.
