Well, I can't divulge everything but I'll tell you this much.

Kevin, Danny King, Lost Dog, & I were using the rings and climbing ropes on Santa Monica beach round about 11PM tonight followed by beers at Hooters.

Don't expect any updates tonight (this morning?)

PS thanks to Dan John we are all now master Oly lifters

hey guys, Im here, in the hotel lobby. Sorry been so busy here. I recorded some good stuff. I will post it shortly. Bill Hartman and Mike Robertson will be coming on the show soon. I got the promise from Mike today.

The seminar is over, it went great. Heard Dan John speak first. Just like on the show he proved that he is an amazing speaker. He showed us some amazing oly lift tips and just gave an overall great presentation. He may be in my top 10 people I have ever met list. He just has something about him.

Next was EC, more on that soon.

Alwyn's presentation was top notch. The man is brilliant and hilarious. It was great to finally meet Alwyn and to see his presentation on how he does fat-loss.

More to come later. Got an 11PM PST flight, that will get me in boston at 7:30EST am.

Fun times. Worth it.

I hope that was due to the seminar and not Hooters!
