Default Thank you Lou, Alwyn, Mike, Eric, Tony and Lisa...

I had to rush to the grocery store to pick up egg whites because I forgot to get them the night before. Rushing to get it done, I noticed getting in and out of my car was an order or two magnitudes easier than it has been in I don’t know how long. My head doesn’t feel like it’s going to explode anymore. I'm still hovering at 188lbs, but I'm a more nimble and mobile 188lbs now.

So, thanks to the following pros who made it possible:

Lou Schuler and Alwyn Cosgrove: “New Rules of Lifting”
Mike Robetson and Eric Cressy: “Magificent Mobility” and “Feel Better for 10 Bucks”
Tony Gentilcore: for his words of motivation, “I ought to drop kick you…”
Lisa: posting links to more great info.

And everyone else here who put up with my shit... JP, first rate site.
