Default Questions in regards to BCAAs in the post workout shake (already searched)

I'm about to start BOM and had a question in regards to the post workout shake.

I plan to mix 1 scoop of gatorade powder and 1 scoop of ON whey protein for my 2 to 1 carb to protein ratio.

S2B calls for:
3-5g of BCAAs
3g of Glutamine
3-5g of Phenylalanine

In addition I'm also going to combine in Beta-Alanine and Creatine.

My first question: Is there a BCAA product that already has this ratio of BCAA, phenylalanine, and Gluatine in it?

My second question: Is it ok to combine all of these items in my pre/post workout drink?

My third (last) question: What would be the cheapest place to acquire all of these items.

Thanks for everyone's input.

Default try prorated

I don't know if you have a Costco near you, but they have a proten shake mix that has a bunch of the BCAAs already in it. I think it's less expensive than most protein mixes out there, and IMO it tastes better. Throw a banana in and it's tasty.

Add 1 serving of Xtend from Scivation. The ratios might not be the same but it will give you BCAA and glutamine. The ratio of BCAA/Glutamine/phenylalanine is probably that found in surge as John Berardi developed the product.
