Hey guys well right now im a bit confused i dont really know what type of workout i should be doing.

Since i have to stay home for 4 more months i figured i do the best workout to get prepared for boot camp.Right now im on my first week of tap which is going great. My issue is though as many of you might know i joined the navy and i wanted to base a program on strength and endurance to prepare myself for boot camp (dont know if this combination is possible though). Im not really worried right now about getting bigger or losing fat my main goal is just to do great at bootcamp. Thats the reason i started to workout and i feel like i have been distancing seen myself from my main goal because i have been overwhelmed with all this new info which is great but just super overwhelming. I feel like ive been striving for the wrong goal right now because ive have been trying to do the proper thing to be the most efficient in my fitness and nutrition routines. Yes one day i do want to have that six pack and 10%body fat and bench 2x my body weight squat/deadlift 3x my bodyweight but thats later on in life. One thing though that is true is that fitness and nutrition have now become one of my main goals and i plan to keep on doing it for the rest of my life.

I been looking into rrd as a strength workout and getting a bike to do some bike rides for endurance i have also been planning on adding some swims and running.

If u guys could help. Whats the best combinaton to get stronger and build endurance at the same time and like ive mentione before i dont know if its possible so correct me if im wrong.

Sorry for the long post ive just been overstressing alot on something that i shouldnt be. I tend to be a perfectionist sometimes.

thanx in advance

I am having a lot of success with John Berardi's "The Greatest Workout Ever." It's a 12 week program combining Classic Muscle Building routines with Maximum Strength routines.
