Hey everyone. Just to all who are attending. Shoot me an e-mail if you want to meet up. I can send you my cell number to make it easier. Also I should be wearing a FitCast T-shirt. Bring yours if you got one as well and I will get you on The Video FitCast stuff.

Loading up the backpack and suitcase. Leaving in 2 hours to get EC then to Logan.

Just wanted to say to everyone, look at www.thefitcast.com often. I will be posting continueous updates, even with some audio and possibly video throughout the day.
