Default Cresseys article in M.F.

I really enjoyed this article. I'm a guy who hovers between 140/145 lbs and I long ago lost interest in getting big. It was nice to read an article about this kind of training. I am not super strong but I love being able to put up weight that guys closer to 200 lbs in my gym can. Good work.
