Default S2B diet

If I am following the Scrawny to Brawny diet how many pounds should I expect to gain per week?

Hey musicman - I think it probably varies from person to person. I can tell you from my own experience that I started the program around 168 and finished around 193. Granted some of that is fat and not all lean muscle but I probably gained on average a pound or so a week. For me the weight gain started slow and sped up as I went through the program. Hope this helps.

Yes, that's exactly what I was looking for. I was just worried, and wanted real live tesimonies because somewhere in the book i remember reading that you should gain about 8-10lbs by the end of the program. I think I misread it.
