I have gotten into a habit of "popping" my back every day. I'll be laying on my couch, slide my back up the arm rest and hyper extend my spine and it always has a little crackle pop right in the middle and it seemingly feels better, that might be psychological though. Any time I go to the chiro that is where they compress and "snap" things back into allignment. I'm curious, would popping one's back repetitively as I have described over time harm an individual's spinal health? Thank ya people.

I crack my back a lot...I don't know what this is what you're talking about but when im sitting in my chair I kind of swing my upper body around and it pops all the way up.

Sometimes I get my bros gf to do it and i lay on the florr and she'll push down on both sides of my spine.

Keith I think this could be dangerous. Your brother might pummel you so I suggest using an armrest like Rev or getting your own gf.
