there's nothing like doing tons of high reps with a light weight for packing on the lean tissue

Well, respectfully, the video is titled "Fat Burning Workout" and Alywn uses high rep workouts for the fat loss section of NROL.

Nah Alwyn is way eviler, he does high reps with heavy weights.

I am sure he has camera's installed in all of the gyms.

You can picture it. Him in his mad scotsman cave...er lair, surrounded by the glow of 1000s of monitors, laughing maniacally (in a scottish accent) while we attempt to push out sets of 15 with 30second rest breaks.

Maybe we can have a cage death match...Alwyn vs. Basedow?

Didn't Basedow go blonde not to long ago?

Perhaps he didn't want to look like an Alwyn wannabe.

To compare Basedow with Cosgrove is like comparing a choirboy with Lucifer. One will give you a fancy DVD, low impact piece of fluff. The other will give you a taste of hell.

Carpenters are wicked powerful with a pickaxe. Good to also have it confirmed that the shinny one's hair is made from the same indestructible substance as the rest of him.

The shiny pecs are very distracting on that commercial. It's almost hypnotizing................... ........
