Default DOMS???

Is it wise to do a workout even with muscle soreness. I know that some say never and others say a little soreness is ok?

What do you think?

Performing exercise once already sore gets blood to the muscles and brings nutrients which helps repair your muscles.

The beauty of working out 3 times a week is that it gives you a chance on "off" days to play some sport or exercise casually which helps your muscles recover from hard weights.

If you are still sore come weights, go anyway and a good warm up should mean your ROM isn't limited by soreness.
