Default I pulled something at the gym
And Im pretty sure it was the bar off the ground for a new PR. 500 here I come.

Sweet. And for a minute there you had us scared.

On Wednesday I saw an old guy pull something in the gym. And then he scratched it. And shifted it to the left. (shudder)

Yeah i did in RL pull something though, but it was in the shower for about 20 minutes, only few were injured.
