Hey guys, I'm starting to cut now, but I just wanted some critiques on my program just to make sure its aright...I recently changed my program and started using one of the 4 day splits i found on the forum:
Monday (chest/bi & abs)
Tuesday (shoulders & abs)
Wednesday (rest)
Thursday (back/tri & abs)
Friday (legs/forearms)
Plus I do 20 mins of cardio and the end of each workout at 60-70% of my HRM. Is this over training? is the cardio doing more bad than good? any suggestions would be appreciated....thnx
