As someone else said, pre-made routines. Men's Fitness every month always has a good routine by Allwyn Cosgrove, Craig Ballantyne and/or Chad Waterbury. Chad also has routines at
www.t-nation.com, click on archives, then scroll through 04 and 05. You could just do the Men's Fitness routines, and every time a new issue comes out, change to the new one. That way you are changing your routine every 4-6 weeks.
