Default Craig - how's this for an HIIT idea?

Jump rope at moderate pace for say 60 seconds, then a set of box jumps - either for time or a fixed number of jumps - then jump rope, then box jumps, and so on.

Any thoughts? I was messing around a little yesterday with some box jumps and got pretty winded.

If you want to do HIIT with a jump rope try adding double-unders. Those are killer.

How about crossovers? I'm not sure I can do a doubleunder, but I'll try tommorrow.
