You guys all say it's better to do your routine according to the movements you make.
I'm willing to give it a shot but... How do I begin??
I don't know anything about that actually.
Can you guys give me some advice?

There's an article that lays it out for you really well on Men's Fitness website. It's called "Body Part Training Is Dead." I'm sorry I don't have the URL for you, but it's easy to find in their fitness section. Go check it out, and Good Luck!

Igunick... you might also want to check out this discussion from a few days ago. Danny (DKing) talks about movement based routines a bit.

ok thx guys, this has helped me a lot.
But I've got a question about what I have to do with the rotational movements
Should I just do them after my routine?

Yea, Danny helped me understand how to lay out a movement based routine. Check the routine he laid out for me...it is pretty solid IMO.

I just read that thread previously mentioned. In Danny's workout, he mentions "pullthroughs." Could someone please explain these to me? Thanks in advance.

little question here, is it okay to do SLDL on hip dominant day and a normal DL on vertical pulling day? Since you also work a big part of your back when doing deads

I wouldn't. All the back work on a deadlift is Isometric (contraction without movement, very joint specific). All the movement comes at the hip and knee joints which makes it by definition a hip dominant exercise. If for some reason you absolutely had to move it to an upper day it would make more sense on the horiziontal pull day but I don't like that as an option.

I just have to note my chuckle at the "standing on the toilet" leg pics.
